Is there a way to visit your relation in the USA and get workers?
Most US embassies charge $100 for a visitor's visa. This is what you need to visit relatives in the US. As far as employment, the reason you want to visit relatives in the US is directly contradictory to your goal of getting employment in the US since you are not trying to simply " visit" your relatives but intentionally get employment. Obviously the US Consul who will interview you in your application for a visitor's visa will ask you questions relating to your intention to visit relatives and if he or she feels that your " real " intention is to obtain employment, you may be rejected for your visa. Of course, you may still get the visa if you're lucky and be thankful for it. But as the 2008 recession is still being felt tremendously still in 2016, employment by an employer who may be willing to sponsor you based on your extraordinary skills ( look up O-1 Visa) may be a struggle to begin with. Good luck either way.
